1. What is Misting? Misting is droplet of water dispersed in the air. 2. How does Misting Cool? When Mist comes in contact with heat, it evaporates and cools down the surface or air. It is a natural process of cooling same as sweat cools our overheated body. 3. What is wet Misting? When the droplet size of water are thick, they make you wet on contact. They usually are 10 micron and larger in size. 4. What is dry mist cooling fan? This is a new technology which cools faster and does not give a feeling of wetness; the flash evaporation absorbs heat from the air much faster than conventional misting system. 5. How Dry Misting Fan is superior to convential Air Coolers? Air Cooler throw cool air wherein at the outlet temperature is lower but as it travels it becomes hot again. Also air coolers need much larger air quantity to cool in comparison to Misting Fans. The dry misting system has advantage of creating larger envelope of small water droplets cooling the air or surface on contact. This means efficient cooling with less air quantity. 6. Can I use Dry Misting Fan in humid Areas? The dry mist is efficient in humid periods & user can also adjust the Misting quantity. 7. What technology does dry mist cooling comprises? It is based on technology called “Spin Atomization”. With the high speed centrifugal force, the water droplets are atomized and smooth travels well with flow fan.
